Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with LUXARELIA! We work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners, so processing and delivery times may vary depending on the products in your order.

Order Processing

Physical products may require processing time before shipment. Processing times vary by product and fulfillment partner and are separate from estimated shipping/transit times.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order products are created after an order is placed and may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Multiple Packages

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners or locations. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

International Orders

International availability may vary by product and destination. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will be shipped for products identified as digital downloads.
